Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Donz Vizion collects through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect only what you submit: your name, email, phone number, company and the details of your inquiry or job application. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
Submissions are stored in our internal business platform and used to respond to you, prepare a proposal, or evaluate an application. Access is limited to staff who need it.
Retention and deletion
We keep records for as long as needed for the relationship or as required by law. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting donzvizion22@gmail.com.
Text messages (SMS/MMS)
We send text messages only to people who have given consent, and we record the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on and the phone number you supplied. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. An opt-out is applied to your number in our system so we stop texting you. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase, and we do not sell or share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls and call recording
Calls to and from our business numbers may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping. Where a call is recorded, our team states this on the call, and recordings and transcripts are stored privately in our platform and are accessible only to authorised staff — they are not published or made publicly downloadable. Calls we miss may go to voicemail, which is recorded and stored the same way. You can ask us not to record a call.
Service providers
We use Twilio to carry calls and text messages, Supabase to host our database and files, Stripe to process payments, and Google and Microsoft services for email and sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We also use AI models to help draft messages and summarise calls and records; a staff member reviews and approves outgoing messages before they are sent.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage required to keep signed-in staff sessions working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the public site.
